SHIPPING POLICY

All of our Fillable Acrylic products, home decor and event decor are made to order, so our production and shipping times vary per product. Once a product is ready to ship, we determine the cost by weight. You will receive an automated email with your tracking information. Almost all of our products are shipping with UPS.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Since all of our products are made to order, we do not offer returns unless the order was damaged or defective upon delivery. You must contact us within 72 hours once the order was received. Please email info@makhershop.com with any concerns and we will work to resolve the issue with you.
